Your experience begins when you fill out my new guest consultation form. Once you have submitted the form, I will review it and get back with you within one business day.  We will work together to select the date and time that works best for you.

On the day of your visit, you will be welcomed into an inviting, relaxed space where we will have an in-depth consultation to determine the best service plan for that day, as well as a long term strategy to meet your future hair goals.

Once we've agreed on a plan, it's time for you to relax and enjoy some pampering starting with your choice of beverage. I will customize a color formula and application to achieve your goals and keep a record of everything so we will have it as a point of reference for future visits.  With your color service, you'll enjoy a relaxing scalp massage during your shampoo and a warm towel wrap after.  Finally, we'll finish your look with a blow dry and style.  I'll be sure to include some of my favorite home care tips and a recommended timeline for future visits.
