I'm a born and raised Michigan girl who grew up loving northern Michigan. After several years of dreaming and planning, I finally made the move to Traverse City with my family. There's my husband, our two kids (both young adults now) and my brother Lance who has special needs. I'm Lance's guardian and caregiver. He's my constant side-kick and my best buddy.

When I'm not in the salon you'll find me enjoying all the great things this area has to offer...dinner out with my hubby, kayaking in one of the beautiful area lakes, family bike rides on the TART trail. (We even have a trailer for Lance so he can come along.)

I have 15+ years of experience behind the chair. Most of that time was spent at Douglas J Salon in Okemos, MI where I learned the value of delivering an exceptional experience for each and every guest, as well as pushing myself to the highest standards of technical excellence. I've never been more in love with my career than I am today and I'm excited to have the opportunity to do what I love in a place I love!
